During the third quarter of 2023, the top five film and television applications in Hungary showed diverse performance trends across downloads, revenue, and weekly active users, according to Sensor Tower data.

Disney+ exhibited notable growth in downloads, peaking at 23K in the week of September 18. Weekly revenue varied, with a high of approximately $79K in mid-August. Active users also increased, reaching over 220K in early September before settling at around 185K by the end of the quarter.

HBO Max: Stream TV & Movies had relatively stable metrics. Weekly revenue fluctuated, peaking at about $38K in early September. Downloads ranged between 6K and 7K throughout the quarter, while active users saw a slight decline from 58K at the end of June to 44K by late September.

SkyShowtime: Filmer och serier showed consistent performance with revenue peaking at around $10K in mid-August. Downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of 7.5K at the end of July. Active users increased steadily, starting at 51K in late June and ending at 67K by the end of September.

SWEET.TV experienced significant growth in downloads, especially in late September with a peak of 19K. Revenue saw a steady increase, reaching nearly $9K in early September. Active users followed a similar trend, peaking at 30K in the last week of September.

Amazon Prime Video had modest performance metrics. Revenue peaked at approximately $4.9K in early September. Downloads were steady, with a slight peak at around 4.3K in early August. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating around the 25K mark throughout the quarter.
